Silicone and heat resistant paints
Silicone and heat resistant paints
TeiphSaipa heat-resistant paints are manufactured by using metal pigments and heat resistant resins. These paints are formulated according to the needed applied temperature. The paint can resistheat up to 600° C. In corrosive environments, these paints can be applied along with Zinc richethyl Silicate primer. The used silicone resins in these products can be highly adhesive to the metal surface. These products can be used for painting tanks, radiators, furnace surface, boilers, chimneys, factories equipment, etc. The advantages of this product are excellent thermal resistance, good adhesion, moisture resistance, and corrosive materials resistance. These products include:
- Aluminum paint based on resistant petro resin up to 200° C
- Resistant silicone paints up to 250° C
- Resistant silicone paints up to 400° C
- Resistant silicone paints up to 600° C
- Zinc Rich Lithium Ethyl Silicate primer
Zinc Rich Ethyl Silicate is a mineral coating. This product is one of the most used products and best anti-corrosion primer used in corrosive environments. The presence of a large amount of Zinc dust in this primer provides a cathodicprotection on a painted steel. This primerwill be hardened by moisture. It also has the ability to resist heat up to 400° C and the surface silicon paints can be used as the final layer. This product is used to paint steel parts and structures such as fuel tanks, solvent and petroleum tankers, deck ships, and seawater installations. We can use Silicone, epoxy, vinyl, and chlorinated rubber coatings as the final layer on this primer. Resisting moisture and corrosive agents, excellent adhesion, fast drying, resistance to atmospheric changes, etc. are the important features of this product.
